Ricky brings extensive experience in safe firearms handling, having trained alongside former competition shooters, law enforcement, Navy, and Marine personnel. Known for his attention to detail and dedication to discipline, he favors the Staccato 2011 as his go-to firearm. A skilled marksman, Ricky maintains the highest standards of gun safety and believes in personal accountability when handling firearms.

Passionate about teaching, Ricky regularly works with students of all ages, combining his expertise with a commitment to developing responsible, confident shooters. He continually updates his skills and knowledge, attending advanced training and industry workshops to improve his classes and share the latest techniques and best practices with his students.

With over nine years in the shooting sports industry and a background in professional security, Ricky is a Chief Range Safety Officer and Training Counselor for aspiring firearms instructors. He leads private and group classes at multiple ranges, teaches the NRA Concealed Carry Handgun course, and is dedicated to helping students of all levels become safe, skilled, and confident shooters.
