Refund Policy
Due to limited seating, cancellations must be made 7 days or more in advance of the class date to receive a 100% refund. Request to cancel 3-6 days from the class, you will receive a full credit for any future classes. Dynamic Arms Training does not offer a refund or credit if a request to cancel is within 48 hours of the class.
The customer must email Info@dynamicarmstraining.com with a request to cancel and a confirmation email will be provided for your records.
The customer understands that a reservation for this class has been made. If you are unable to attend the class, you may not transfer this reservation to anyone. By registering for a class, you agree to these terms.
Shipping Policy
While we don't ship products, we do send out confirmation and scheduled emails! You can expect a scheduled email to arrive in your inbox immediately after signing up for a class. Dynamic Arms Training will also send a reminder email 72 hours before your class. This email will include additional information about your class including what to expect, wear and any forms that should be completed prior to your class.
